On-trade field sales manager – craft beer

Location: Manchester


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + benefits

Your key objective will be to grow the Seven Bro7hers portfolio of brands. You'll need to create and execute effective sales strategies, taking responsibility for key customers' needs and maximising their potential.

You'll be joining a developing Sales team that's passionate about what it does, about Seven Bro7hers Brewery, and about what people are drinking. It's a tight-knit team but you'll feel like part of the family in no time.

Job description:

You'll grow the Seven Bro7hers Brewery accounts and achieve good results in volume, distribution, market share and gross margin.

You'll manage the ongoing on-trade demand and planning forecast.

You'll use sales and forecasting reporting tools to track historic sales and determine upcoming demand for all Seven Bro7hers beers. 

You'll liaise daily with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain and Production Planning to ensure availability of all products.

You'll build relationships and meet regularly with Supply Chain contacts at on-trade customers premises, ensuring that Seven Bro7hers is a world-class supplier.

You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships with all key contacts.

You'll manage a team of three people.

Person specification:

Minimum of one-year experience working with national on-trade accounts in a national account executive, trading or supply chain function.

Ability to sell a compelling brand story and be a first-class brand ambassador.

Experience of using on-trade customer sales and forecasting tools.

Solid understanding of the UK on-trade market and craft beer category market.

Ability to create excellent relationships with customers.

Pride in achieving strong results and in delivering a first-class service to customers.

Full UK driving licence (preferred).

One year's experience in Beer Sales (required).
