This extension of the city centre out along a green route has always been the plan and one of the selling points when Urban Splash took on three empty tower blocks and worked with architects Union North to re-clad and refurbish them.
The buildings are now as stylish as you would expect from Splash and the big corner windows work wonderfully and would let you keep an eye on any redevelopment.
