The charity evening will be held at Manchester’s five star The Lowry hotel
It’s not every evening you get to experience four top chefs all under one roof, cooking your dinner together collaboratively. But on Monday 20 May, at The Lowry Hotel, you can do just that.
Hospitality Action has arranged for the hotel restaurant to be taken over by four of the North’s most talented chefs in the name of raising funds for charity.
It helps raise funds for colleagues that are struggling on so many levels.
The star-studded line-up consists of Danielle Heron (Osma, Prestwich), James Mackenzie (Pipe and Glass, Beverley), Simon Shaw (El Gato Negro, Manchester) and Shaun Rankin (Grantley Hall, Ripon) and the evening will be hosted by Paul ‘Porky’ Askew, Chef Patron at The Art School, Liverpool.
Guests can enjoy fabulous canapes and a welcome drink before experiencing a terrific four course meal, accompanied by wine and curated by the award-winning chefs who will talk them through each dish and be on hand to answer questions.
There will also be a live auction during the evening, offering money-can’t-buy food and drink experiences. Money raised from the event will go towards supporting hospitality families in crisis.
Stephen Miles, Hospitality Action Ambassador and Northern Board Member says: “Our annual event is a wonderful opportunity, for not only the industry, but for those who use us. It helps raise funds for colleagues that are struggling on so many levels. The evening is always fun, and the food and drink is exceptional.
“We would be delighted if you could be part of this wonderful experience.”
