Expect iced coffee and real connections at this free event
Two standout lifestyle brands are joining forces for a free one-day pop-up event, revolving all around celebrating friendship, connections, and ‘showing up as you are’.
Hosted by community-driven platform her thirties and global wellness brand Dose & Co., this free event - which conveniently coincides with National Friendship Day - promises the perfect mix of coffee, collagen and conversation.
Between 08:00-16:00 on Friday 1 August, the New Cathedral Street pop up called ‘A Dose of Connection’ will invite women to stop scrolling, sip free iced collagen coffee and connect with likeminded people IRL.
Whether you’re up for socialising, or just prefer to soak in the atmosphere solo, the pop-up has everything from cookies and croissants to surprise giveaways to the opportunity to connect with other visitors and the brands themselves.
Expect:
- Free iced collagen coffee served all day
- Luxury goody bags for the first 100 arrivals
- Cookies & croissants (when they’re gone, they’re gone)
- Connect with like-minded women - choose a colour-coded straws so you can show whether you're up for meeting new friends or prefer to experience it solo
- Candid, live interviews with women in their 30s discussing friendship, confidence, and connection
- On-the-ground meet & greets with the her thirties and Dose & Co. teams
- Digital perks and surprise giveaways just for turning up
The organisers say the aim is to create “a new kind of social experience” where women can come together without pressure, expectations, or needing to know someone first. Show up for as little or as long as you want.
Co-founder of her thirties, Bianca Skeete, says: “Our thirties can feel isolating. Friendships shift, priorities change, and a lot of us are craving something more. We wanted to make it easy, and fun, for women to feel that spark of real connection again, even if just over coffee.”
Tickets aren’t necessary, but attendees can register online for updates, reminders, and special early perks.
