AWARD-WINNING ice cream crusader, founder of Ginger's Comfort Emporium and author of MELT, Claire Kelsey, will be showing off her talent for creating unusual, delicious and wildly indulgent ice creams in her kids masterclass on Saturday 14 May at Castlefield Food Festival.

The event takes place at 11am at Castlefield Bowl and is free to attend but places are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
This is a unique opportunity for your little ones to see the ice cream making process first hand and, of course, to sample some amazing creations.
Not forgetting the big kids – satisfy your inner child with Claire Kelsey's alcohol and booze ice cream demo on Thursday 12 May at 6.30pm.
The adults-only event takes dusty drinks from the back of your drinks cabinet and transforms them into handcrafted ice creams you'll want to recreate at home, as well as sample at this naughty but nice masterclass.
