Chicken Milanese

 

Moist succulent slices of breadcrumbed chicken recline on a bed of spaghetti and basil with sweet cherry tomatoes, spicy chilli and spring onion. It's a real feel-good dish that's perfect for a long, lazy lunch with a glass of prosecco.

Roast Fillet of Hake

Burnished and golden, the roasted hake fillet sits perched atop a riot of summery flavour which zip and zing along in perfect combination with the fish. The punch of chorizo gnocchi, the sweetness of roast red peppers and the delicate crunch of courgette and asparagus – one taste and you'll understand.

Asparagus Ravioli

The asparagus ravioli is soft and yielding, with thin, perfectly-cooked pasta encasing that most summery of culinary treats. Cubes of butternut squash add colour and warmth whilst huge parmesan shavings add a touch of luxury. Not just for vegetarians.

Salad of Beef Fillet

Juicy slices of beef fillet, beautifully-textured and full of flavour, are topped with a well-dressed rocket, red onion and beetroot salad which is further enlivened with the addition of pine nuts and huge parmesan shavings. The dish is finally crowned with a generously-sized poached egg, quivering and ready to burst its yolky glory. Heaven.
