TO mark the opening of its first Manchester restaurant, Busaba Eathai sprang into action last night with a lively launch party inspired by Thailand’s vibrant Temple Fairs (think delicious rotis, rock bands and great beers enjoyed on Bangkok's 'Golden Mountain').
Guests were given a sample taste of ‘Bangkok’s exploding culinary scene’
With cocktails a-plenty, freshly spun candy-floss and rocking live music, guests were given a sample taste of ‘Bangkok’s exploding culinary scene’, with a canapé selection from Busaba’s celebrated authentic Thai menu. Special attention was given to the restaurant’s celebrated - and our personal favourite dish - Thai calamari.
Busaba Eathai, which was founded in 1999 by master restaurateur, Alan Yau OBE (the brains behind wagamama), is now open to the public.
