DIVE in the Northern Quarter went all out for their official first birthday last week. They staged a giant burger giveaway on Thursday 24 November, then followed it up with a birthday party on the Friday night with food giveaways and a free glass of fizz for the first 50 guests.
They’ve been voted No.1 sporting venue by Sky Sports and Carling and have played host to some huge guest DJs.
The basement venue burst onto the NQ scene in late November 2015. Since then they’ve been voted No.1 sporting venue by Sky Sports and Carling, and have played host to some huge guest DJs including Gary Powell from The Libertines, Glastonbury headliners The Blossoms, and Alt J.
The Northern Quarter bar has big plans for 2017, but they're keeping them under-wraps for now.
Holly Geraghty, Sales & Marketing Manager of Dive NQ, said, ‘It's been an action-packed 12 months for us. We are really proud of what we have created here and with huge plans for the next 12 months, we are gearing up for an extremely busy festive period and second year.”
