Awesome homemade focaccia to take away
Not content with making sublime pasta that any Nonna would be proud of, The Pasta Factory are now spreading focaccia mania around Manchester.

From mortadella with burrata, pistachio cream and salad to prosciutto with truffle mayo, parmesan and rocket, all the ingredients are typically Italian and definitely delicious.
Vegans can enjoy The Pasta Factory’s cheese focaccia with their hand-made vegan cheese, courgette cream and salad.
