FAZENDA, the Brazilian rodizio bar and grill, opened its doors in Manchester last week.

This opulent new opening offers a unique take on gaucho-style dining, giving customers an experience that’s a cut above.

How? It starts with high quality of the meats which include fillet, rib-eye and sirloin, plus Brazilian favourite the ‘picanha’ or cap of rump. You receive a continuous tableside service of fifteen different cuts, just signal to the ‘passadores’ (meat chefs) by displaying a green or red card, and they serve you accordingly.

Prime chicken, lamb and pork are also on the menu, while a bountiful salad bar includes options such as sushi, smoked salmon, cured meats and traditional Brazilian dishes.

The quality of the food is matched by a fantastic wine list. They’re real aficionados here with wine masterclasses and an inspired selection of labels from around the world.
