ROYAL London Asset Management has completed its 21,000 sq ft speculative office building in Manchester's New Islington.

Fabrica, named after the area's textile heritage, is on the corner of Pollard Street and Great Ancoats Street.

The BREEAM 'excellent' building, designed by 5Plus Architects, was built by Galliford Try and project managed by Cre8.

Tony Howcroft of sole letting agent, WHR Property Consultants, said: "This is a very exciting scheme that combines stunning, eye-catching architecture and Grade A office accommodation with fantastic views across the city.

The office is part of a wider scheme that includes a 150-room Ibis hotel, due to open next week, with Costa Coffee currently fitting out a new retail unit ready to be open in December.
