With expert wine pairing from South Australian winey Unico Zelo

Manchester, September 2018: To celebrate the launch of its new Autumn menu, fine dining restaurant The Rabbit is hosting a one-off wine pairing experience on Thursday 13th September, in collaboration with South Australian winery Unico Zelo.

Guests attending the event will be the very first to experience innovative head chef John Granaghan’s new Asian influenced Autumn dishes, paired effortlessly with five different characterful wines from Unico Zelo.

Priced at £120 the evening’s set tasting menu will include new dishes; Tom Kha Gai Soup, Thai Lobster Risotto and Chinese Roast Pork with XO Sauce and Stir Fry Vegetables, as well as sweet servings; Roast Pineapple with Campari, Pink Grapefruit and Dark Chocolate, and Apple with Ginger, Passionfruit and Salted Caramel.

The evening will be a spectacular opportunity to meet the dynamic and passionate Brendan and Laura from Unico Zelo, who will guide guests through a mix of red and white South Australian wines, all of which have been crafted with minimal intervention, using high quality grapes.

The intimate interior of The Rabbit's dining space, along with the exquisite new dishes and delicious paired wines, make this unique event one which should not be missed.

A vegetarian and pescatarian menu is also available. Tables are available at 7pm, 7:45pm and 8:30pm.
