The Rock Bury are hosting an array of free activities and attractions for families this Easter holidays. From 3rd - 17th April you can enjoy everything from storytelling and face painting to a petting farm and circus skills.
The Rock is Bury’s premier retail and leisure destination with free parking after 6pm, home to over 50 stores, a 10 screen Vue cinema, 24 lane AMF bowling alley and Fit for Free gym as well as 13 cafés and restaurants such as Nando’s and Pizza Express.
There really is something for the whole family, with flagship stores Debenhams and M&S flanked by high street retailers such as Primark, H&M, Game, The Entertainer and Build a Bear Workshop.

Egg-cellent Easter activities!

Enjoy FREE Easter fun at The Rock, Bury
Good Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th April : 11am-3pm
Children can enjoy free activities including storytelling, Easter crafts and face painting plus the chance to meet the Easter bunny who will be giving out 5000 mini chocolate eggs as well as 250 chocolate Easter eggs. Why not take part in the Easter egg hunt for the chance to win prizes? You can also watch a performance from The Royal Regiment of the Lancashire Fusiliers band on Saturday 4th April.
Easter Monday 6th April : 12pm -4pm
Watch traditional family favourite Punch and Judy followed by a magic show from 12pm-4pm.
Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th April : 10:30am – 4:30pm
Families can visit the free Easter petting farm with chicks, ducklings, rabbits and a skunk in St John’s Gardens behind Costa.
Monday 13th – Friday 17th April : 11am – 4pm
The Rock will host a week of free workshops for kids including circus skills (13th & 14th April), a percussion workshop with Bury Music Centre (15th April) and sports skills with Q First Sports (16th & 17th April).
Throughout the Easter holidays there will be a range of attractions including bungee trampolines, water ball walkers and a children’s ride. These attractions do require a small fee from customers and will be positioned in St John’s Square from Friday 3rd April to Sunday 19th April.
