THE Offices King Street opened its doors at the end of March and is welcoming a host of new tenants.
The Grade II-listed building was originally the Lloyds Bank. It has been transformed into a unique complex for offices with further plans to house two high-end eateries.
The Edwardian roots have not been lost in the refurbishment and there’s a quintessentially British feel to the interiors
The Offices commissioned a team of British manufacturers to work on their flagship base. The result is a grand building that boasts beautiful décor which mixes the modern with traditional.
The Edwardian roots have not been lost in the refurbishment and there’s a quintessentially British feel to the interiors. An eclectic mix of blue and brown tartan adorns the stairs, while a marble hallway and walls create calm and stylish surroundings.
There’s been a wealth of interest in The Offices King Street due to its luxurious feel and boutique style, which set it apart from other serviced offices in Manchester city centre.
Businesses already housed there include law firm Gunner Cooke, architects Fuse, film production company Lizardfish and Ikon Furniture.
There are a variety of flexible units available to let. Each one offers a wonderful working environment in a great location.
The team are pleased to announce that the foyer, ground floor, first floor Business Lounge and second floor are all open and available to view. The third floor, which is phase two of this stunning development, is set to complete in June.
