A Sunday without work on Monday deserves to be celebrated. Make yours one to (hazily) remember with the Down The Rabbit Hole all-day party at The Pen and Pencil in the Northern Quarter.

It’s an afternoon session that turns into evening drinks that turns into early hours partying.

It kicks off with their famous Bottomless Brunch – it’s all the brunch dishes and all the drinks you could possibly want, from midday to 4pm, for a set price of just £30.

For that you can enjoy the best of The Pen and Pencil’s legendary brunch fare: steak and eggs, American breakfast, French toast, pancakes with berries and syrup. It’s a Mad Men-inspired bar and eatery with a classic brunch menu to match.

Drinks-wise, ease yourself in with artisan coffee or go straight to the cocktail list: the Cucumber and Sake Martini and the Bloody Mary come recommended. Or how about a glass of prosecco for a decadent start to your Sunday? There’s no limit on food or drink. Only rule is: one at a time. Pace yourself, folks – there’s a long night ahead.

Brunch is getting booked up fast but if you miss out, come along to the party anyway. There’ll be a 14-hour B2B DJ set, £3 Jagerbombs, £6 Mojitos, and Easter eggs. Think Ibiza’s Space Terrace – an afternoon session that turns into evening drinks that turns into early hours partying.

The party is free entry but you need to book for brunch because it’ll be popular.
