The new venture comes from the team behind 10 Tib Lane
The team behind one of Manchester’s most popular independent eateries, 10 Tib Lane (a venue that consistently bags a top spot in our Hot 50 listing) has announced they will be bringing a brand-new venture to the city this Autumn.
Posie, a drinks-led social spot with ‘cocktails and conversation’ at its forefront, will be joining Bruntwood SciTech’s Bloc building, taking over a 1800 sq ft unit with space for up to 50 covers across two levels.
The drinks menu will feature an extensive and innovative cocktail collection, alongside a selection of wines, craft beer and coffee, allowing the space to transition between day and night.
The kitchen will serve seasonal small plates, designed to complement the drinks on offer - think oysters, bar snacks and sharing dishes.
Joe White, Co-owner of Posie, says: “We all grew up working in bars, restaurants & music venues with a passion for cocktails, cementing ourselves in some of the best hospitality spots in Manchester.
“Since opening 10 Tib Lane we have gained a reputation for great food with an inviting atmosphere, along with a delicious drinks menu. With our next venture, we really want to showcase our freedom to be experimental and creative, and make some of the best cocktails in the city.
