Meet some of the loveable pups ready and waiting to be adopted
Dogs Trust Manchester is inviting dog lovers down to their centre for coffee and cake and to meet some of the residents ready to find their forever homes.
Taking place on Sunday 7 September between 10:00-13:00, visitors can chat with staff and find out more about the centre’s work and meet some of the dogs currently in their care during ‘rehoming parades’ in their indoor agility ring.
Guests can also browse their doggy nearly-new stall for a bargain, pick up Dogs Trust goodies such as mugs, hats, treat tins or umbrellas, or treat themselves to cakes, tea and coffee.
Supporter Relations Officer and organiser of the event, Nicola Hardman said: “We’re really looking forward to meeting local dog lovers and seeing some old and new faces. Take the opportunity to come along, chat to the team, and, of course, find out more about our gorgeous dogs in need of new homes.
There will also be rehoming parades in the indoor agility ring so that people can see some of our dogs in action, find out about the type of homes they need, and maybe they will find their perfect doggie match.”
There’s no need to book in advance for this event. Just turn up and be prepared to meet some seriously adorable furry friends.
