Treat yourself to breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea and enjoy a local adaptation of Eggs Benedict or indulge in North West inspired speciality cakes including a Vimto Delice and Manchester Sponge Cake – a sumptuous modernisation of the renowned Manchester tart.
