LEND LEASE is cracking on with the fit-out of the final (possibly) block at Green Quarter and will be releasing apartments for sale later this month.
The big selling point is apparently the Poggenpohl kitchens (see their gorgeousness here). That and the location.
Just what scale of living space they offer though has yet to be seen.
Prices are going out at studios from £87,500, one-bedroom apartments from £112,500 and two-bedroom apartments from £140,000. Parking spaces are offered with selected properties.
There are 215 units in total and the work is due to be finished and apartments ready for occupation by the autumn.
The marketing suite will have a couple of show flats for potential buyers to view.
And when they are all sold the marketing suite itself could then become built up to become a mini apartment block.
