Manchester City council have done away with queuing, travelling or waiting to deal with council services with a new website that makes accessing everything you need online even easier, wherever you are.
Paying bills made less painful
Paying bills, setting up direct debits and even paying fines is all made less painful now that the website is revamped and responsive, whatever device you are using.
You can also report problems on the go. Potholes, dumped rubbish or local issues can be logged and flagged up immediately, no need to phone in and wait on hold. If you see it, report it and get it on the Council’s action list.
Manchester City Council are already using social media platforms to full effect so it is great to see the website brought in line with these services. A city centre Twitter account will be launched in the Summer but, in the meantime you can follow @ManCityCouncil for daily updates, reporting and feedback.
