THE country’s favourite paean to the cocktail is back. Cocktails In The City returns to Manchester bigger and better than ever before.

Due to its phenomenal success, the event has now become a two-day cocktail sensation and it has swapped its usual stay at the Town Hall for a residency at Great Northern Warehouse. The exposed brick arches are the perfect urban chic backdrop for an event that celebrates the city’s love for modern mixology.

If you love cocktails, then Cocktails In The City is for you. The very best of Manchester’s purveyors of finely-crafted drinks will be there to show off their skills. Expect to see liquid alchemy from Hawksmoor, Cloud 23, Elixir and Mr. Coopers amongst other major players from Manchester’s cocktail scene.

As well as a plethora of premium spirits and other high-end cocktail ingredients, Cocktails In The City will also be playing host to some of the best street food in the area. Fortify yourself with Latin American-inspired dishes from Yakumama, smoky, carnivorous delights from Red’s True BBQ and Vietshack’s legendary offerings.

Cocktails In The City is a great night out, whether you’re socialising with friends or organising a corporate event. It’s a chance to brush up your own bar skills with live demonstrations and plenty of hands-on activities as well as sampling a range of signature cocktails, created especially for the event, which are priced at just £6 each.

Tickets cost just £10 and include a welcome cocktail and a cocktail bible, detailing how to make all those delicious concoctions you’ve enjoyed. You’ll be the star of the cocktail shaker in no time at all.
