THEY DON'T mess about on Spinningfields, where they've already begun to wave in Christmas with the return of their popular festive Bar Hütte pop-up on Thursday 12 November.
To add to Alpine theme, the Bar Hütte team are serving up ski-favourite hot Bombardino.
This year, ten fully decked-out hüttes, fashioned in a style akin to Austrian ski huts, will provide 'carol-oke' fun and a fully licenced bar for a little aprés-ski (without the ski bit) until Sunday 3 January.
Open daily, the cosy hüttes come in three different themes. The ‘carol-oke’ hüttes come fitted with a private karaoke machine loaded with festive favourites, while the disco hüttes provide more of a party feel. Full of disco lights and Christmas party tunes, the huts can either be more relaxed with a table or turned into a private dance floor by opening up the space.
Bar Hütte, Spinningfields For a more traditional Christmas experience, the Aprés-Ski hüttes are equipped with soft, luxury throws, hot water bottles and blankets. To add to the Alpine theme, the Hütte team are serving up ski-favourite, hot Bombardinos (1/2 Advocaat or eggnog and 1/2 Brandy).
To add to the experience, all reserved hüttes come with table service from Bar Hütte’s fully licenced drinks bar.
Reservations can be made for two-hour slots for groups of six to ten people, with a non-refundable deposit of £20. Bigger parties can reserve more than one hütte, with drinks bills settled on the night.
The hüttes will open from 3pm to 11pm Monday to Wednesday, 11am to 11pm Thursday to Saturday, and 11am to 8pm on Sundays.
The hüttes will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Walk-ins are welome too.
