CARLUCCIO'S has opened in a very large unit in Piccadilly Station.
It’s located on the first floor and at the southern end of the concourse, in other words above the loos, and close to the escalators down to the Metrolink station and the taxis.
There are 100 covers and the unit is let from Network Rail.
Opening times are from 6am-11pm Monday to Friday, 7am-11pm Saturday, 8am-10.30pm Sunday. Simon Parks is the general manager having previously worked at the Carluccio's in Spinningfields.
Once the place gets known by regular travellers Carluccio's are confident of success on the site. It certainly enhances the food options available in the station, and as usual carries all the hallmarks of the fresh, confident Carluccio's 'look' with handsome food and drink displays.
