The Didsbury dining destination offers a special menu with a selection of the chef’s favourites dishes which he knows you’ll love, too
When a new restaurant has had as much high praise during its opening month as Arcadian, it's understandable to want your first visit as special as it can be.
This swanky new addition to Didsbury Village embodies that neighbourhood restaurant feel of its predecessor Hispi while also turning up the heat with spot-on open-fire cooking.
So what better way to get exactly that experience than by ordering a selection of dishes that impress Chef just as much as they’ll impress you?
The Chef’s Choice menu is available daily and features a selection of plates that Head Chef Andrew Sheridan (known for his exceptional Liverpool fine dining haunt Restaurant 8) and his team has been working on and is besotted with.
Served in sharing style so everyone at the table can get a taste of the action, this menu is priced at £85 per person and ensures nobody is leaving hungry, with stellar options from snacks and small plates right through to flame-cooked favourites like char sui monkfish and fire-roasted pork tomahawk.
Those looking for a somewhat lighter (yet still equally impressive) daytime option can opt for the Chef’s Lunch instead, where they’ll receive five dishes for just £40 per person - available to tuck into Wednesday to Friday.
