60 hectolitres of Hells Lager poured in Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool
You, me, 10,000 pints. Dancing? You bet. Buckle up bitches, Tank Party is rolling into a city near you. Absolutely nothing at all to do with armoured military vehicles but everything to do with getting tanked up on the very best beer. Responsibly, of course.
Bar snacks go hand in hand with good beer and the Tank Party will feature street food favourites
For the first time ever, Camden Town Brewery is touring the legendary Tank Party to four cities outside London. Pouring beer directly from the tanks, Camden is bringing 60 hectolitres of its fresh unfiltered Hells Lager to three events up North, including Escape to Freight Island in Manchester, Multistories in Leeds and Baltic Market in Liverpool.
Hells bells
If you’re a hophead then you’ve no doubt drunk Camden before. The core range consists of five beers including its award-winning Hells Lager and the brand’s newest launch – Off Menu IPA.
One of London’s biggest breweries, the team began brewing under the railway arches in Camden in 2010, opening a second brewery in Enfield in July 2017. The Enfield brewery is the largest brewery to be built in London in over 30 years. Alongside the staples, Camden Town Brewery also releases several limited-edition seasonal Hells lagers each year and smaller batch innovations and collaboration beers under its “Arch 55” series.
Camden heroes
During lockdown, the brewery rebranded Camden Hells to Camden Heroes for a limited time, in support of healthcare workers across the UK. All proceeds from sales of the beer were donated to NHS charities, and NHS workers were able to claim a six-pack of the beer for free. The brewery also launched a virtual pub, which hosted a series of events to raise money for Hospitality Action’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund.
Our favourite thing from Camden’s beery-eyed mind though, has to be the creation of “pubjamas”. A collaboration with British designer Karen Mabon, pubjamas are the perfect transitional outfit to whisk you out of your bedroom and back to the barstool in style. Thanks to this luxurious loungewear, a sneaky kip at the back of the bus on the way home will never be the same again.
FROM BEDROOM TO BARSTOOL
We’ve teamed up with luxury pyjama designer @KarenMabon to create PUBJAMAS: Bringing the WFH comfort to the IRL world.
100% profits from every pair will be donated to @HospAction.

Street food favourites
The annual Tank Party event will deliver the freshest tank beer to lucky lager lovers across the UK, serving up unfiltered Hells Lager from tanks delivered directly from the home of Hells. You can’t get fresher than that. As well as Hells Lager, they'll also be taking over the taps to pour pints of Pale Ale and Off Menu IPA. Something for every beer buff.
Bar snacks go hand in hand with good beer and Tank Party will also feature street food favourites, as well as family entertainment - from kid-friendly workshops to beer tastings for the grown-ups. At every venue, there will be DJ sets, roaming bands, and live music. Hold our coat, handbag and antibacterial handwash. We are dancing.
