BRUNCH fans, here's a menu to check out next time you're doing a lazy weekend morning in town.

We could happily eat our way through the entire menu in one sitting

Tariff and Dale, the excellent eatery and bar in the Northern Quarter, has just released a brunch menu featuring all the favourites and some scrumptious-sounding surprises as well.

We like the look of the white Dorset crab served with tomato, avocado, coriander, Bloody Mary bisque, and chargrilled sourdough. The baked eggs from the wood oven, served with wild mushroom and sourdough soldiers caught our eye too.

 

 

Those who prefer a sweet brunch could go for the brioche French toast with maple syrup and bacon. Or keep it simple with a pain au chocolat and a coffee. All your favourite egg options are on there too – Florentine, Benedict, smoked salmon. We could happily eat our way through the entire menu in one sitting.

 

 

Tariff and Dale is from the folks behind one of Manchester's original haunts for brunch, the Lead Station on Beech Road, Chorlton – so they know what they're doing when it comes to creating gorgeous food and a hip place to eat it. Tariff and Dale feels very 'Northern Quarter' with its industrial architecture, exposed brick walls, and leather booths.

 

 

This white-walled corner building is all of a buzz in the evening when the cocktails and sourdough pizzas bring in the crowds. The new brunch menu looks like it could replicate that success in the mornings as well.
