THE finishing touches are being made to The Offices' new mixed-use complex on King Street. With the opening scheduled for January 2014, it is all systems go as the landmark Grade 2-listed Lloyds Bank building is transformed into a unique base for offices, restaurants and retail outlets.

The Offices don’t want to give too much away about the renovation, but they have revealed that a team of British manufacturers and designers have been commissioned to create a stunning interior.
In a twist on the usual meeting room, the King Street base will see a design-led, innovative area which will impress any potential or existing client you take there. These meeting rooms will be available to hire and will be situated within the ‘The Lounge’ on the mezzanine – an area designed to act as a haven for businesses.
King Street will become The Offices' flagship base with 80 units of various sizes available to let. The complex will give companies the chance to be housed in a stunning building mixing modern with traditional.
