Brewski team is bringing a new concept to Quayside

The team behind Manchester favourites Brewski and American Pies are bringing their latest concept to Salford this autumn

The creators of viral hit restaurants Brewski and American Pies, known for their huge portions and epic cheese pulls, will be launching their latest concept at Quayside this autumn.

Spanning 5,235 sq. ft and inspired by Brewski’s ongoing culinary tour of the US, BIG TRAY BBQ is bringing a bold, counter-service smokehouse to Salford’s waterside.

The venue will serve up BBQ items, including 16-hour brisket and jerk chicken sausage, by weight alongside homemade sides and standout signature sauces. Spanning tastes from all 52 states, BIG TRAY BBQ is bringing a variety of barbeque to Salford, from classic Texas style to cutting edge Nu Skool flavours.

Expect dishes like hot honey jalapeno cornbread, smoked birria lamb shanks and huge racks of ribs.

Speaking of the new opening, Co-Founders of Brewski, James Daly and Steven Stockton-King, said: ‘We’re delighted to be launching our latest concept BIG TRAY BBQ at Quayside later this year. As a Manchester-based brand, it was important that our next chapter stayed true to our roots.
