With a choice of 70 classes each week, Y Club's top notch instructors will put you through your paces with a mixture of cardio, low intensity, martial arts, mind and body, strength and toning exercises. Fans of Insanity, Zumba, yoga, circuit training, bootcamps, badminton and much more are well catered for with lots of classes on throughout the week.
To help you fit these into your busy schedule, classes are timed to last from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes and are spread throughout Y Club's opening times.
