THE RESULTS ARE IN - READ HERE
CONFIDENTIAL has been carefully piecing together 'BEST OF MCR' lists for a couple of years now.
This is probably the most important 'Best Of MCR' we'll ever collate. Perhaps one of the most important articles we'll ever publish.
Most recently, we've compiled Manchester's best: Indie Coffee and Tea Shops, Chinatown Restaurants, Breakfasts, Cheap Eats, Dirty Food, Buildings That Never Happened, Vintage Stores, Cycle Cafes, Drinking Terraces, the list goes on...
It's scrupulous work, but helps our readers make informed choices on where to spend their time and dough.
Now we're asking for a bit back.
Next up on our radar is the most noble of all British dishes; the Sunday Roast.
Perhaps calling the Sunday Roast a mere dish is doing it a disservice, it is, of course, more than that. Alongside tea, tolerance, doggedness and the legacy of empire (for all its ills), the Sunday Roast is part of the Great British disposition. It's woven into our very red, white and blue fabric.
Why else would the Fro... the French... call us 'Les Rosbifs' (the Roast Beefs)?
Thus, we're not entering into this one lightly. This is probably the most important 'Best Of MCR' we'll ever collate. Perhaps one of the most important articles we'll ever publish, such is the collective passion for a Sunday Roast.
And we're bound to receive a fair bit of stick for our picks and admissions, that's why we're tagging you in.
We've got plenty of our opinions, but we'd like you to use the 'Rant' function below, or our twitter, or our facebook, to give us you're 'Best Sunday Roast In Greater Manchester'... if you'd be so kind.
Then we'll go fill our chops and report back with a list of the best. Sound good? Ace. Let's get to it...
