IF your interest in beer goes beyond how much it costs per pint, chances are you'll enjoy one of these tasting sessions at SEVEN BRO7HERS Beerhouse in Ancoats.
Combining an in-depth talk with six tasting glasses (a third of a pint each), it's a hands-on way to up your knowledge on all things beer.
The sessions are led by Cicerone-certified staff – that's the equivalent of an A-level in Beer. You'll learn about how the Seven Bro7hers Brewery was born (think Dynasty but set in Salford with beer instead of oil.) And about what it takes to go from home-brew to respected beer producer in a few short years.
Expect a relaxed bar atmosphere, with lots of opportunities to interrupt, ask questions, and drink beer.

Each 90-minute session includes six tasting glasses of the Seven Bro7hers beers plus hand-cooked, beer-inspired snacks.
The beer-tasting sessions work well as team-building events, or as activities for birthdays, stag-dos, hen-dos, or just because. The cost is £12.50 per person with discounts available for group bookings.
You can book a session just for your group (maximum 12 people). Or if there's only a few of you, they'll slot you in with another booking.
Sessions are available throughout the week and weekends. They can offer corporate or team-building tasting sessions outside these times.
