That was back in November. Three months in, Gordo can’t hold onto the secret any longer. It’s a brilliant service. Auntie Tracey is a real person; she is dynamite. She runs her staff in a manner fitting of an SAS unit. Organised, hard-working and thorough, Tracey’s teams are winning her business throughout Manchester estate agencies responsible for full service letting; they are a hard-to-please, picky bunch, which is a good start in the selection process.
Gordo arranged for them to start with a thorough clean of his two-bed apartment; this included them organising for the carpets to be cleaned professionally, as well as some poor bugger cleaning out the oven.
Now they visit a couple of times a week, take all the dirty shirts away and deliver them back laundered and ironed. They even get the collars right. Bed linen is similarly dealt with.
The service is absolutely fantastic. Tracey even has a handy man on the books who came by one afternoon and sorted out all the light fittings and mended the wardrobe doors, which had been hanging off the frame for two years.
