CORONATION Street The Tour will continue welcoming visitors throughout 2015 to the former Corrie cobbles at the old Quay Street site.
2015 will see new additions in the studio tour and out on the Street itself with more areas opened for public view for the first time
And it’s getting bigger. From the end of March 2015 there will be even more to see both in the studio tour, with set elements brought over from Coronation Street’s new home in MediaCity, and out on the Street itself, with more areas opened for public view for the first time.
Coronation Street The Tour has proved a hit since opening in April 2014, welcoming over 300,000 visitors to the famous studios and cobbled Street.
It gives a fascinating insight into the making of Coronation Street, taking visitors for a peek inside star’s dressing rooms, into wardrobe to see iconic outfits, and into interior sets including the Platt and Duckworth homes. And you can have your picture taken behind the bar of the Rovers Return.
Look out for special activities throughout 2015, such as themed Street Walks, evening tours, and events for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
