It's a taste tour of India that takes in more than a dozen dishes from Punjab to Kashmir to Goa and beyond. A cut above your average curry feast, it starts with four delicate starters then proceeds into a table-wide spread of contrasting dishes, some of which you probably won't have experienced before.
