IT’S a once in a lifetime opportunity to dine with the stars. The Michelin stars, that is.
A much anticipated date in the foodie calendar, the Bolton Food and Drink Festival Gala Dinner is an evening of sophistication, celebration, and, of course, incredible food.
Held on Friday 28 August, the Gala Dinner sees the Festival celebrating its 10th year and as such promises to be a truly memorable occasion.
After a drinks reception at 7pm, you’ll sit down to five sumptuous courses, specially created by some of the leading chefs around. On board in the kitchen for this one-off spectacular feast are festival favourites Michael Caines, Andrew Nutter, Sean Wilson and Russell Brown, with other up and coming culinary stars yet to be announced.
The setting is also extraordinary this year. Located right in the heart of the festival, the Celebrity Chef Marquee will be transformed into a stylish venue just for 200 lucky guests. It’s the perfect opportunity to get glammed up and enjoy exquisite dining in elegant company.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner are £60 and can be bought here.
But Bolton Food and Drink Festival are also offering Manchester Confidential readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to attend the Gala Dinner.
