ON Tuesday 25 September, Sam's Chop House will be holding a Portuguese Food and Wine Matching dinner. We've got a pair of tickets to give away worth £45 each.
The motto at Sam's has always been 'Best of British'. But for this event, they'll be looking further afield for their first-class food and wine. And we have to say, their Portuguese menu looks like a winner.
Seared Scottish scallops, whole roasted suckling pig, dark chocolate marquise... And six specially selected wines showcasing the best of the country's viticulture. It's going to be the kind of dinner you reminisce about for years. See the full line-up below.
With host Simon Woods (an expert in the viticulture of Portugal) you'll explore what makes each wine unique.
