ONE of the live finalists from The Voice UK will top the bill at Manchester235's new monthly live music night, Northern Sessions.
DAVID Julien impressed Will.i.am and Danny with his rendition of The Script’s ‘Man That Can’t Be Moved’ in the blind audition. He made it to the live final thanks to his soulful performances.
At Northern Sessions on Thursday 12 July, he'll perform an acoustic set with his guitar – showing off the voice that got heads turning on the TV talent show.
The other artists performing on the night are folk singer Rachel Hillary and singer songwriter Jack Hopkinson. DJ Chris Boden will keep the music going until late.
Northern Sessions is a new gig night at Manchester235. Each month, they'll bring together some of the best up-and-coming talent from Manchester and the North West in a three act line-up.
Last month's inaugural Northern Sessions got off to a blistering start with performances from Death To The Strange, Missed You At The Show and The Suns.
With four tickets up for grabs, it looks set to be a hit night for Manchester's live music scene.
