MANCHESTER city centre's new premium restaurant delivery service, Deliveroo, is offering £50 towards a romantic meal-in for two to one lucky Confidential reader.

One couple based within Manchester city centre will be able to order from one of Deliveroo's selected city centre restaurants and await restaurant quality food in the comfort of their home. 

Deliveroo, which also has an established delivery service in London, Brighton and Oxford, select some of the highest quality dishes from well known food establishments including: La Bandera, Sapporo Tepanyaki, Umezushi, Ocean Treasure, Ning, Yang Sing, Tampopo, Southern 11, GBK, Tea 42, El Capo, The Crafty Pig, Splendid Kitchen, Bollywood, Shak Bar and Grill, Armenian Taverna and Wahu.

Terms and Conditions

 
1. Open to residents of Manchester aged 18 or over, excluding employees of RooFoods Limited (trading as “Deliveroo”) and their agents.
2. Competition opens on 12 February 2015 and closes at 20 February 2015.
3. Users will need to enter via the Manchester Confidential website and a winner will be picked at random from the Manchester Confidential database. Winner chosen by third party not Deliveroo. 
4. Prizes: 1 prize consisting of a delivery of food and beverage items (as selected by the winner) from the Deliveroo.co.uk site up to a maximum value of £50 inclusive of £2.50 delivery charge.

6. In the event any items are not available the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferrable and there is no cash value. Where item values total lower than £50 no change will be given or balance carried over. 
7. Winner will be selected by Manchester Confidential.
8. Winner notification: The winners will be notified by Deliveroo with information provided by Manchester Confidential. The winner has 14 days to respond to initial notification confirming they wish to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 15 days the prize may be awarded to the next randomly selected winner.
9. Prizes can only be delivered within the Deliveroo service areas as determined by a postcode search on deliveroo.co.uk. Winners will only be able to claim the prize if their selected delivery address is within the zone. Delivery outside of this area is not permitted. 
10. Deliveroo cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude Deliveroo's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of Deliveroo and which prevents Deliveroo from complying with these terms and conditions Deliveroo will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
12. Deliveroo is not liable for third party products or services and the prize is subject to the prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
13. By taking part in this competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
