WITH its on-site produce garden, ivy-clad walls, and prime position on The Lawns at Spinningfields, IN BLOOM is one of the greenest spots in the city.
A summer garden bar with al fresco tables and nifty service, it has become a hot spot for lunch time and evening crowds.
On fine days they fire up the BBQ, bringing out the best meats sourced from Frost Butchers in Chorlton and bread from Robinsons, the craft bakery in Failsworth.
The BBQ is served from Thurs - Sunday.
The delicious food menu is also a winner with beautiful bloomers, boards and handmade cupcakes!
They have San Miguel, Brooklyn Lager, Jennings Ale and Bloom Lager on draught, and an enticing selection of wines, cider, bubbles and spirits.
Their lovely cocktail menu evolves as their garden grows, providing new ingredients each week. We like the sound of the Raspberry Caipirinha made with fresh basil and raspberries from their garden. For more savoury taste, the Country Garden Sours feature citrus, bitters and liquor smashed together with home-grown herbs you can select yourself. Both are £6.50.
