YOU could be forgiven for thinking that 63 Degrees was created with Valentine's Day in mind. Intimate, secluded, and serving super sexy fine French food, it's one of our favourite places for date nights in the Northern Quarter.

This year, 63 Degrees is offering its Valentine's Dinner for one night only on 14 February. Book well in advance if you'd like to be there.

It starts with a delectable-sounding Saint Jacques en coquille, sabayon au champagne (scallops served in the shell with champagne sabayon).

The main course is an early Spring classic – Agneau en croute au persil, jus réduit et légumes confits (lamb with parsley crust, reduced jus and vegetable confit).

For dessert, you'll be served a rich and indulgent Surprise au chocolat. No translation needed.

It's all the handiwork of the Moreau family who own 63 Degrees – dad Eric is head chef,  while son Alexandre ensures a smooth service in the dining room. The result is an authentic, family affair, Parisian through and through.

The Valentine's Dinner at 63 Degrees costs £72 per couple. In this competition, you can win the dinner for two, plus a bottle of Champagne Pierre Mignon Brut Prestige. In total, the prize is worth £122.
