This summer in Manchester, Ibérica have opened their first restaurant outside London.

Ibérica Spinningfields brings the authentic flavours of Spain to Manchester, under the leadership of two star Michelin chef Nacho Manzano.

And to celebrate, they’re giving Manchester Confidential readers the chance to experience their new summer menu in a competition to win a table for two.

For this new Manchester opening, executive chef Nacho Manzano has created a unique à la carte menu that differs from the London offering. It features a selection of main dishes alongside his signature tapas, while a bar menu complements the restaurant’s signature cocktails and exclusive Spanish wines.

The menu - featuring such dishes as Asturian cachopo, Iberico ham, beetroot gazpacho, Asturian cheeses, Ibérica’s traditionally made paella and the chef’s classic Spanish rice pudding - showcases the very best in Spanish gastronomy, matched to wines which, from crisp whites to full smoky reds, represent all of Spain.

This is one taste of summer you won’t want to miss.

Located on The Avenue, Ibérica Spinningfields is divided into a ground floor, where a large bar acts as a focal point, a mezzanine floor which houses the open kitchen, and two terraces, allowing Ibérica to truly bring the atmosphere of Madrid’s famous terrace culture to the city.

This prize includes a table for two, with food and wine chosen by the chef from Ibérica’s set menu, to the value of £80.
