They train bartenders for Manchester's top cocktail bars in the modern-day art of mixology. And they offer two-hour and one-day classes for those of us who like to mix on the side.
These classes give you the confidence and skill to create great-tasting, classic cocktails for yourself and friends. It's a hands-on experience where you learn how to make five drinks with an experienced bartender.
The classes are fun as well as focused (you can't sip your way through five cocktails without getting a little bit giddy) and they'll take requests on the type of drinks you want to master.
