The July masterclass takes place on Saturday 9 July from 10am – 1pm. You'll learn how to cook two classic Punjabi starters and two classic Punjabi mains as well as receiving a demo on the tandoor, learning how to create your own breads, rice and chutneys.

On the menu for the cooking class are Zouk's unique Punjabi lollipops and their special lamb chops, cooked in a Mughli marinade and served with mint sauce followed by traditional lamb karahi and chicken jalfrezi.
