PURITY is the restaurant, bar and club space that has claimed that enviable spot on the Great Northern Square. But its towering glass windows and views of the amphitheatre aren't the only thing that makes it stand out.
It's also got a very individual way of keeping you entertained while you dine. Using black volcanic hotplates, you can cook your own seafood, steak and chicken at your table.
It adds an element of theatre to your meal – and means you get your meat just how you like it. Imagine the mouth-watering odours that are released as your steak sizzles in front of you.
