Monday nights at Splendid Kitchen are going to be pretty damn fantastic. The Splendid Kitchen Takeovers start on April 13 and there's a stellar line-up of food traders and supper clubs who are just raring to get cooking. There's a pair of tickets to be won to each event.
Hip Hop Chip Shop
Everything kicks off with Hip Hop Chip Shop who will be packing them in over two servings: 5.30pm-7.30pm and 8pm-10pm. You can indulge in a battered wonderland of delight such as chilli batter sausage wrapped in bacon and Louisiana spiced crabcake before tucking in to the main event: The Feastie Boys Box - beer battered coley fish biters (MSC certified), triple cooked skin-on chips, minty mushy peas and chilli battered onion blings. They even throw in a gin and mandarin sorbet to round things off.

Bangers and Laughs III
Next up is Bangers and Laughs III on April 20. Whether you're after their famous fried chicken with mash and onion gravy or a mighty meaty hot dog, you can enjoy top nosh and a full night of comedy with guaranteed seating.

Love from the Streets
Former Solita and Lucha Libre head chef, Jason Latham is bringing Love from the Streets to Splendid Kitchen on 27 April for two sittings: 5.30pm-7.30pm and 8pm-10pm. There'll be hog-based fun and games, smokky treats and plenty of jerk. Come hungry. Very hungry.
