So what will you make of this? Buca’s seasonal special is something quite different! Starting with a carrot and swede purée slathered over the hand-stretched Napolese-style base, next Buca are adding turkey and all the trimmings – roasties, honey and pancetta sprouts, and cranberry sauce.
