BOLD street’s celebrated artisan tea shop and bar, LEAF, has been honoured in the world's most coveted blind-tasted food awards - Great Taste 2015.

There were 10,000 Great Taste entries this year and of those products, 130 have been awarded a three star

LEAF’s Secret Garden loose leaf tea blend was a firm favourite drink, and will now carry the coveted gold and black Great Taste logo.

The black tea blend was shortlisted from 10,000 food and drink entries which were then judged by over 400 of the most discerning palates in blind tastings.

Critics included Masterchef judge and Confidential reviewers Charles Campion, TV presenter Aggie Mackenzie and Great British Bake Off winner, Francis Quinn. Judges were joined on the panel by food writers, chefs, cooks, restaurateurs, producers and a host of food writers and journalists.

The awards ceremony will take place on Monday 7 September, at an Awards’ Dinner at the Royal Garden Hotel, London, where the great and the good from the world of fine food will gather to hear who has scooped the Golden Fork Awards and the Great Taste Supreme Champion 2015.
