Choose from eight different cuisines including Chinese, Indian and Italian
An all-you-can-eat restaurant that promises an authentic tour of the world’s most loved dishes all under one roof is set to open in Liverpool ONE later this year.
Opening a new site is still such a huge moment for us and we can’t wait to show everyone what we are all about.
The 300-seat capacity COSMO restaurant on Manesty Lane will create approximately 60 jobs for the region. It will be the restaurant group’s 21st site.
Chefs will create over 100 dishes daily with eight different cuisines to choose from including Chinese World of Asia, Japanese Teppanyaki, Indian House of Spice, Italian Continental, a Tasting Kitchen for family favourites, a Mediterranean Deli and a carvery.
Diners can enjoy unlimited courses for one set price every single day. The Liverpool subsite isn’t live yet but the Manchester menu costs £18.50 for dinner Monday - Thursday; £19.99 on Friday; £20.99 on Saturday. Dinner for kids under 155cm costs £10.50.
COSMO is known for its entertainment and robot waiters, Hola and Bella. The duo will be on hand to take orders, clear tables and sing Happy Birthday.

“We can’t wait to get the restaurant open, to meet our neighbours, and most importantly, to introduce the foodies of Liverpool to our concept. Watch this space!”
COSMO Liverpool will open this September and operate seven days a week.
