The Lantern Company is back with a new festive adventure - tickets now on sale

Already missing the Giants? Well fortunately there’s a new spectacle coming to town thanks to the Lantern Company, whose breathtaking theatrical experiences have wowed crowds worldwide.

Made of everything from paper to fibreglass, their intricate lanterns take up to five weeks to make: expect leaping hares, flying owls and luminous costumes as The Secret Winter Garden takes over the elegant Victorian surrounds of Croxteth Hall and Gardens from 13-22 December.

Made especially for the site, with the support of Liverpool City Council, the family-friendly installation promises a glowing trail of giant surprises, secret pathways and an enchanting cast of magical creatures. There’ll also be lantern workshops, where you can make a mini lantern or tree decoration to take home, and a twilight market stocked with festive food and drink - as well as crafts from local makers.

The Secret Winter Garden at Croxteth Hall runs from December 13-22, each night from 4.30-9pm, with last entries at 7.30pm. Tickets are now on sale, with a special early bird offer of £12 per adult and £10 per child + booking fee. For more info and to book, visit www.lanterncompany.co.uk
