The private cabins will help bring some festive cheer back to Liverpool
Following its huge success in previous years, Bar Hütte will once again be sharing seasonal ski-village vibes under Liverpool One’s iconic Christmas tree from 13th November.
The safe, sanitised and pre-bookable private hüttes are a perfect setting for family festivities with music, mince pies, twinkling lights and the smell of a hot gin and gingerbread or a spiced mulled wine. For those that fancy it, there’s even karaoke too, so you can still sing your heart out to all your favourite festive hits.

This year, though, things are a little different. The Bar Hütte team have gone above and beyond putting together new safety measures for 2020, making sure that every element of the customer journey has been considered to keep people safe and worry-free.
Due to current local restrictions, each booking must be for a maximum of six people (check with current government guidelines and local restrictions regarding makeup of your party booking from other households.)
Booking times have been staggered to avoid overcrowding, but floor markers will ensure you are at a safe distance for others if you have to queue. Remember to wear a festive face mask whilst in the venue - although this can be removed once the host has seated you in your private hütte. Customers must, of course stay within their own hütte, so while jingling is encouraged, mingling will get you put on the naughty list.
All the hüttes will have been fully sanitised prior to arrival and will be equipped with a bottle hand sanitiser. Anyone wishing to make use of the Karaoke machines can be reassured that all microphones and equipment has been quarantined and sanitised prior to the next use.
Once you arrive for your pre-booked hütte, you’ll be able to soak up the alpine atmosphere with a selection of oven-baked pizzas and classic cocktails, including a try of the famous ‘Bombardino’, which comes complimentary with all bookings.
For customer safety, all staff will be wearing face masks and will have had their temperature checked before each shift, but there’ll be no bar service. Bar hütte organisers have developed a fully contact free ordering and payment app for food and drink, which can be accessed via a QR code in the hütte. You’ll order via the app, with food and drinks brought to you by your own personal hütte server.
Each hütte requires a non-refundable booking fee of £40, which secures your exclusive use of the hütte for 1 hour, 45 minutes along with a complimentary Bombardino, pizza to share, and karaoke. With the current restrictions in place, the venue will close at 10pm, will all guests having left the premises by 9.45pm at the very latest.
